Welcome to the East Central District Webpage! My name is Jennifer Walker and I am currently in my 10th year of teaching Elementary General Music with the Linn-Mar School District. Music is the cornerstone of our household as my husband, Matt, also teaches 6-12 vocal music with the North-Linn School District. Our two year old daughter, loves music and is constantly dancing, creating and singing!

ICDA is such a wonderful professional organization to be a part of! I urge all of you to take advantage of the many clinics and festivals that are offered in the EC District this year. ICDA is only as strong as it members and it is important that all of us continue to support each other by attending district functions.

Please do not hesitate to call or email me with any suggestions or concerns you may have. I am here to be your liasion and look forward to meeting many of you at the wonderful EC district events scheduled this year. Best wishes for a most successful 2009-2010 school year!
