R&S CHILDRENS CHOIRS
I am thrilled to be serving as the children’s choir/elementary repertoire and standards chair. My name is Tanya Rosenkranz and I am in my 17th year of teaching general music at Indian Creek Elementary in the Linn-Mar School District in Marion. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in music education from Luther College and a Masters of Music from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition to directing a choir of fourth and fifth graders at school, I am also the Children’s Choir director at First Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids.
I would love to hear from you if you have any ideas for an upcoming elementary workshop. Elementary students inspire me daily with their enthusiasm and emerging musicality. I truly believe we have the best job in the world!
